About Us
Park Ridge Cardiology was established in 1993 by Dr. Royce Bailey. Our practice emphasis has always been the prevention of cardiac disease and healthy lifestyle education for our patients.
PRC has a full service, CLIA accredited in–office laboratory. In addition, we offer specialized non–surgical, non–invasive treatment for angina called External Counterpulsation. ECP works by gradually promoting the opening or formation of small branches of blood vessels to create a natural bypass around narrowed or blocked arteries. This “collateral circulation” allows more oxygen carrying blood to again reach the heart, thus relieving angina. ECP treatments are covered by Medicare and most major insurance companies. For additional information, please refer to the PRC website ECP section or go online to www.eecp.com.
Our physicians have privileges at Park Ridge Hospital which is a community hospital in the Fletcher / Hendersonville area of western North Carolina www.parkridgehospital.org
Our offices are on the third floor of the five story Park Ridge Medical Office Building. The MOB is located on the Park Ridge Hospital campus. It is immediately behind the hospital with a covered walkway connecting it directly to the hospital. Our street address is 50 Hospital Drive, Suite 3-B, Hendersonville, NC 28792.
