FAQ

Q
Do I need a referral?
A
Yes, for an appointment with Dr. Bailey you do need to have a referral from your primary care physician. However, to get an appointment with our PA, Don Wetmore, you do not need a referral unless it is required by your insurance company.
Q
Is Park Ridge Cardiology accepting new patients?
A
Yes, we are accepting new cardiology patients for Dr. Bailey at this time but only by referral from a physician for cardiology care. We are actively recruiting a new physician partner for Dr. Bailey, and once they arrive we should be able to start accepting new patients again who call and ask for an appointment. Please have your doctor call us and make an appointment for you or check back with us at a later time. Our PA, Don Wetmore, is accepting new patients at this time.
Q
Must I have health insurance to see a physician?
A
We accept patients without insurance. We ask that you pay a minimum of $50 at the time of your first appointment, at which time you will meet with a financial advisor to set up monthly payment arrangements. However, failure to continue to make payments as agreed may result in formal collection processes.
Q
How may I arrange for External Counter Pulsation (ECP) Treatment?
A
We ask that you call for a consultation with one of our physicians. At this appointment, you will be given additional information and education about ECP. Should you be interested in more information, please go to the Vasomedical Web site.
